You will receive a confirmation order email once you order is received.

Our team will prepare your order and once completed it will be dispatched. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number for your order.

If your tracking doesn’t show any updates yet, please don’t worry it can take a little longer than expected for the order to be updated on the carrier’s system, especially at busier times.

In the unlikely event you received damaged or faulty product, please contact orders@eoinoconnor.com as soon as possible and my team will look after you.

If a piece of art has “sold” than it will be no longer available to purchase in that medium, however, it may be available in other mediums, please search the title on my website and if available in other medium it will be there.

Please contact orders@eoinoconnor.com if you are interested an image I may have retired from the site. My team will advise you if it is available to purchase.

All EU members will pay the VAT relevant to your country.

Non EU countries will not pay VAT but are possibly liable to customs and VAT in your country on receipt of your order. This is a cost to you the customer.

Homeware and gifts are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

All our prints are made to order. Rolled prints, Small, medium and large frames are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Large and extra large deluxe frames may take 10 to 15 working days before dispatched.

Canvas prints will take 15 to 30 working days before dispatched.
